Who you're buying from

Placing an order

Adding something to your basket isn't an order yet. When you check out and pay, you're making an offer to buy — the contract starts when we email to confirm your order has been sent.

Occasionally we may not be able to accept an order: a pack sells out, a price is listed wrong, or we can't deliver to your address. If that happens we'll tell you and refund anything you've paid, in full.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.
• Postage is shown separately in your basket before you pay — £1.20 within the UK, free once you spend £15.00.
• Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• If a pack is listed at an obviously wrong price, we don't have to sell it at that price — we'll contact you first.

Delivery

• Packed and posted within 1–2 working days.
• Orders go by Royal Mail, which usually takes another two to three working days. These are estimates, not guarantees.
• We currently post within the United Kingdom only. If you're elsewhere, email us and we'll work out the postage.
• Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't cover orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.

What you're buying

Every pack is cut and sorted by hand, so the exact mix can vary slightly, and sticker counts on the site are approximate. Screens vary too, so colours may not be an exact match for the photographs.

Returns

You have a 14-day right to cancel, and separate rights if something arrives faulty. Both are set out on the returns page.

Our designs

The artwork, photographs and text on this site belong to Kim Kho Studio. You're very welcome to use the stickers on anything you like — journals, laptops, letters, things you sell at a craft fair. What you can't do is copy, reprint or resell the designs themselves, in any format.

If something goes wrong

If we're at fault, we'll put it right — a replacement or a refund. What we can't take responsibility for is loss beyond the value of your order, such as a delay meaning a gift didn't arrive in time for a birthday. We never limit our responsibility for death, personal injury, or anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Email kimkhostudio@gmail.com. Kim reads and answers everything herself, usually within a day. If we can't resolve it between us, you can get free advice from Citizens Advice on 0808 223 1133.

The legal bits

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can bring a claim in your own local courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
