Changed your mind

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you'd like to cancel — no reason needed. You then have another 14 days to post it back.

To cancel, just email kimkhostudio@gmail.com with your name and order number. A message is enough; there's no form to fill in.

Getting your money back

• We refund within 14 days of the stickers arriving back with us, to the same payment method you used.
• The refund includes the standard postage you paid to receive the order. If you chose a faster delivery option, we refund the standard rate.
• Return postage is at your own cost unless the order was faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. A sticker pack goes back in an ordinary stamped envelope, so this is usually well under a pound.
• Please get a free proof of postage from the Post Office. Until it reaches us, the parcel is your responsibility.

Condition

You're welcome to open the pack and look at the stickers — that's the equivalent of picking something up in a shop. But if stickers have been used, stuck down or are missing from the pack, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.

If something's wrong with your order

If your stickers arrive damaged, faulty, or aren't what you ordered, that's on us, not you. Email kimkhostudio@gmail.com with a photo and we'll replace them or refund you in full — including the cost of posting them back.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have 30 days from delivery to reject faulty goods for a full refund, and your rights after that are unaffected by anything on this page.

If your order doesn't turn up

Royal Mail don't treat post as lost until 10 working days after the due delivery date, so we can't chase before then. Get in touch once you're past that and we'll either send a replacement or refund you — whichever you'd prefer.

Where to send returns

Email first, and Kim will send you the return address. Please don't post anything back before getting in touch, so we know to expect it.

The exceptions

The 14-day cancellation right doesn't apply to items made or personalised specially for you. If you ever order a custom design, that will be made clear before you pay. Everything else in the shop can be returned.
