How much is postage?
UK postage is £1.99, and it's free once you spend £15.
When will my order arrive?
Packed and posted within 1–2 working days. After that it's Royal Mail 2nd Class, which usually takes 2–3 working days.
Do you post outside the UK?
Not through the website just yet — but email Kim and she'll work out the postage for you.
What are the stickers made of?
Glossy sticker paper with a light adhesive. Ideal for journals, planners, notebooks, scrapbooks and letters.
How many stickers are in a pack?
Between 40 and 72, depending on the design — each pack says which. Because they're cut and sorted by hand, the exact mix varies slightly.
Are the stickers waterproof?
No — they're glossy sticker paper, not vinyl. Ideal for journals, planners, notebooks, scrapbooks and letters. For a water bottle or a laptop lid that gets wiped down, they'd need a layer of tape over the top.
Will they damage my journal or laptop?
They use a light adhesive, so they lift off paper cleanly for a while after sticking and leave no mark on a laptop lid. Once they've been down a few weeks on paper they're best left where they are.
Can I ask for a custom design?
Yes — commissions open now and then. Send Kim a message with what you have in mind and she'll let you know.
Something's wrong with my order
Please email kimkhostudio@gmail.com with your order details and a photo. Kim will always put it right.
Do you take returns?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind and another 14 days to post the pack back, with return postage at your cost. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, it's replaced or refunded in full and we cover the postage both ways. Full details on the returns page.
