How much is postage?
UK postage is £1.20, and it's free once you spend £15.
When will my order arrive?
Packed and posted within 1–2 working days. After that it's Royal Mail 2nd Class, which usually takes 2–3 working days.
Do you post outside the UK?
Not through the website just yet — but email Kim and she'll work out the postage for you.
What are the stickers made of?
Waterproof matte vinyl with a light adhesive. They'll survive a water bottle, a spilled tea and a laptop lid.
How many stickers are in a pack?
Usually 20–30, depending on the design. Because packs are cut and sorted by hand, the exact mix varies slightly.
Can I ask for a custom design?
Yes — commissions open now and then. Send Kim a message with what you have in mind and she'll let you know.
Something's wrong with my order
Please email kimkhostudio@gmail.com with your order details and a photo. Kim will always put it right.
Do you take returns?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind and another 14 days to post the pack back, with return postage at your cost. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, it's replaced or refunded in full and we cover the postage both ways. Full details on the returns page.
