Free printable habit tracker
Type the habits you want to keep, choose the month, and print. It fills a sheet of A4 landscape with a square for every day — big enough to colour in, tick off, or reward with a very small sticker. No sign-up, nothing to download.
Your habits are remembered on this device for next month. Nothing is sent anywhere.

How to make a habit tracker stick
Start with fewer than you think
Five habits you actually do beat twelve you feel guilty about. You can always add one next month — the tracker remembers your list.
Make them small enough to do on a bad day
“Read 10 pages”, not “read more”. “Go outside”, not “walk 10,000 steps”. The point is the streak, and a streak needs easy days.
Stick it where you'll see it
Glue it into your journal, clip it inside your planner or put it on the fridge. A tracker in a drawer tracks nothing.
Reward the streaks
Colour the square, or keep a pack of tiny stickers beside it and give yourself one for every day in a row. It's childish and it works.
Don't restart, just carry on
Missing a day isn't a failed month. Leave the square blank and fill in tomorrow's — a tracker with gaps is still a record of everything you did.
